Classic Moscow Mule
Ingredients:
60ml Warming Winter Gin
15ml fresh lime juice (about half a lime)
90–120ml ginger beer
Ice
Lime wedge & mint sprig (for garnish)
Copper mug (optional but traditional)
Method:
Fill a copper mug (or glass) with ice.
Add gin and fresh lime juice.
Top with ginger beer and give it a gentle stir.
Garnish with a lime wedge and a mint sprig.
